Hi! Sherry ~ :>) LoL ~ that is surely short hair you got there! I guess I’m the extreme opposite ~ mine is down to my knees . . . for real! :>) I haven’t had real short hair since the 60′s while I was in high school, then never had my hair any shorter than shoulder-length in my early 30′s about the time me and my Jim got married. Most of the time I was a *surfer girl* and always had long hair ~ LoL ~ since I grew up in southern California.

Hi, Greg! Sorry it’s taken me so long to respond. I’m sharing my computer with my husband, who broke his again. When you frog in crochet, it means you’ve had to “rip it” out. Someone equated “rip it, rip it, rip it” with the sound a frog makes, hence the term “frog”. It can also be used for knitting. The Yarn Harlot always carries a sock with her that she’ working on, so someone at the book store thought it would be funny to use the frog sign to make a message for Stephanie (aka the Yarn Harlot).

Thanks, Maria! My boys think anything that I’ve made is for them to use no matter what it is. Baby (the orange/white one) will get on my lap while I’m working on something just so he can lay on the yarn!

What does “to frog” mean??
I’m interested in it, because I saw it on my girlfriend’s T-shirt, and I looked it up in disctactionaries, but I did not find it!
